Refunds
Refund Process
1,Please email service@azladys.com with the products and refund reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. For damaged or defective products, please send pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process the return/refund.
2,Once the return request is approved(Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted), we will give you a shipping label. Please attach the label to the machine and we will ask transport company to pick up your machine.
3,Pack up the item (s) to be returned with the original packing and all accessories in the original shipment.
4,We will refund to your original payment method after receiving the package in 1-3 business days.
Non-returnable items
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
- Damage was caused due to not following the user manual.
- Damage caused by natural wear on parts designed to wear out (chisels, blades, etc).
- Damage is caused by use in an environment for which the product is not designed.
- Theft or loss of a product.
Returnable items
- Covers defects in materials used to manufacture your product.
- Covers defects in workmanship under normal use.
- Covers broken components under normal use.
Return Charge
- If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
- If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, or ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
