This policy does not cover situations where the machine is found damaged after receiving it. If you find the machine damaged after receiving it, please check our warranty and refund policy.
Return and Exchange
If your item has not been shipped yet, please email us or call our sales team and we can cancel your order.
If your item has been shipped, please wait for the receipt and return it to our warehouse. Please email us or call our team. But you need to pay the return shipping fee and our shipping fee, no additional handling fees are required.
If the machine you received does not work properly and is seriously damaged. Please email us. Our sales staff will tell you the return process. When we receive the damaged machine, we will send a new machine to your address.
If our machine is damaged due to human factors and you want to return it, you also need to pay our shipping fee.
We support returns and exchanges within 30 days. Once we confirm that you have returned the machine to our warehouse, your payment will be credited back to your account within 1-3 working days. For further questions please contact us via email
Return process:
1. Please email us before you want to return the machine.
2. Once we approve your return of the machine, we will provide a shipping label. Please attach this label to your machine.
3. We will ask our shipping company to pick up the machine at your address.
